Each of our candles has the burn time in their description. But for the best and longest burn, be sure to trim your wick to 1/4" BEFORE each light.

Glass turns black when there is too much soot on the wick. To prevent this from happening, trim your wick to 1/4" before lighting. 

I use a coconut oil based wax. It has a lower melting point and a higher absorption rate which allows me to use more fragrance for a more potent candle.

It is not recommended. The cork is FLAMMABLE! The lid is there for decoration and to keep dust from settling onto your wax. Please do NOT use the cork lid to snuff out your candle.

I'm so sorry to hear you didn't enjoy our fragrance as much as you had hoped. We can absolutely return the product as long as it has remained unused. You will have to return the candle first to be inspected, and once we confirm the candle has been unused, we will issue a refund.
